I'm going nuts because Smart isn't responding to my balance inquiry! i tried all the steps available:

How do I get instant response to my Smart Buddy peso balance?

You can call the pre-paid access number to inquire about your PESO balance by simply dialing 1515 SEND. A voice recording will state your remaining PESO balance.

Peso Balance Inquiry Via Text

You can also check your latest available Pre-paid PESO balance via text by typing ?1515 and send to 214.

As easy as that you will receive a text message stating your latest available balance, together with the date and time of your inquiry.

Note:

(1) Balance Inquiry will be charged against your FREE TEXT allocations. However, inquiries made beyond FREE TEXT allocation will be charged against the subscriber’s remaining PESO balance.

(2) Your latest available PESO balance will be based on the latest PESO balance generated by SMART’s system.

Free Text Balance Inquiry Via Text

You can also check your latest available Pre-paid FREE TEXT balance via text by typing ?1516 and sending to 214.

You can now check your present balance on your pre-paid free text by text message stating your latest available FREE TEXT balance, together with the date and time of your inquiry.

REMEMBER!

(1) FREE TEXT balance inquiries will be charged against your FREE TEXT allocations. Inquiries made beyond the FREE TEXT allocation will be charged against the subscriber’s remaining PESO balance.

(2) Your latest available FREE TEXT balance will be based on the latest FREE TEXT balance generated by the SMART’s system.

(3) You can also verify your balance by accessing the MySMART menu in your SMART Super SIM card.
